Beer & Brut double strikes – updated breakfast and lunch menu at once.
Eggs are always number one solution when it comes to a morning meal. We serve them many ways. The most traditional version is an omelet with cheese, herbs and fried pork (390 rubles), the most rustic one is shakshouka (350 rubles), the most brutal – fried eggs with sausage, potatoes and green peas (410 rubles). And to wrap up the list – scrambled eggs with slightly salted salmon, guacamole and ciabatta (490 rubles). The latter makes a perfect company for sparkling Pearlman wine, which, by the way, we keep giving away as a compliment every weekend up to 4 p.m.
Porridge is the next best thing for a breakfast. Try millet porridge with stewed apricots (320 rubles), classic milk-based oatmeal (220 rubles) or with forest berries and Altay region honey (340 rubles). Cottage cheese is served whipped and topped with Thai mango and pecans (440 rubles), or with blueberries and granola (460 rubles). Breakfast at Beer & Brut is served daily from noon until 6 p.m.
For the lunch time we at Beer & Brut replaced traditional business-lunch options with full scale day time menu packed with over a dozen dishes suitable for any occasion from serious business conversation to a light heart-to-heart with girls. The menu is served daily from noon until 5 p.m.
